Greater than a ‘thirst-quenching fad’

PlantWater is promoted as a “vitamin and mineral rich alternative to everyday mundane refreshments, having bottled an additional 18 natural nutrients including chlorophyll, calcium, and folate, that promote total body wellness”.

While aesthetically pleasing on the eye, says the brand, this minimalist glass bottle is so much more than the next “thirst-quenching fad to line your Instagram feed”. With ingredients that are claimed to boost immunity and energy levels, promote cell recovery, and aid with cognitive function, PlantWater is said to be truly changing the way we hydrate.

The product itself first found home in Sydney fitness venue Shelter, Double Bay as the “perfect” beverage to “refresh and replenish” your body post-workout. Continuing to penetrate the local health market of Sydney’s east, PlantWater then popped up in FishBowl, Sideroom, Slowhouse and Icebergs Gym, all based in Bondi. PlantWater can also now be found on the grocery app, Milkrun, for Sydney-wide delivery.

“This is phase one of bringing PlantWater to the people, connecting with brands and businesses who live by a similar ethos to ours, one that revolves around wellness,” says PlantWater founder Jordan Coulter.

“As word of mouth continues to boom, I see us infiltrating more independents, cafes, gyms, hotels and highly-respected supermarkets across Sydney before moving north to the holistic hub that is Byron Bay, and south to Melbourne.”
