Lindt has a cute new product on the shelves, Lindt Caramel Squares.
With Lindt's characteristic chocolate, which envelops a heart made of caramel, every square is packed for "ultimate self-enjoyment".
"We wanted to remind chocolate-loving adults of the pleasure of enjoying chocolate of the highest quality without a reason, just out of pure love, enjoying fine chocolate," says Thomas Schnetzler, master chocolatier at Lindt Australia.
"Whether you buy it as a gift, share it with others or keep it for yourself, Lindt Caramel Squares are the perfect treat."
Lindts Master Chocolatier, Caramel Squares are available in two versions.
Milk chocolate caramel squares
124 g, contains eight individual squares, MSRP $ 8.00.
Wrapped in Lindt's milk chocolate, consumers can expect rich honey notes and natural caramel aromas – a trademark for Lindt milk chocolate. The caramel itself is said to be rich and velvety.
Dark chocolate caramel squares with sea salt
124 g, contains eight individual squares, MSRP $ 8.00.
The mild and balanced dark chocolate with cocoa notes and a rounded taste is said to be the perfect counterpart to the rich, decadent caramel. The addition of sea salt brings out the complexity and sweetness of the caramel.
Mr. Schnetzler continues: "The caramel is made with milk and butter to achieve a rich milk flavor and a luxurious velvety mouthfeel and texture that goes perfectly with the chocolate."
Lindt Caramel Squares are now available in Lindt retail stores, cafes and all major supermarkets.
