We have set up our fast response service, which includes sending our team to companies that need roles to get the product out of the door or solve a problem within 24 hours. This led us to our next company by creating a syndicate purchasing group in our customer base to use scaling to source PSA and other needs – the first flight arrives next weekend, ”added Eastwood.

Perhaps their biggest linchpin was the technology area, where after brainstorming with some customers, contacts, and friends, they saw a big gap for every major service company by tracking and confirming the health of employees every day before visiting the website, Covid -19 cases, isolated workers or those required when a new case is identified.

It might be a short-term need, but beyond that they saw a long-term purpose for the general well-being and mental health of employees that one of their new partners, Chris Allen, had already worked on.

In just 5 days, the team mobilized a hit team to develop the workflows, program the app, and develop a service model with the product and mental health developments already in the app store for those who are isolated at home. ” Eastwood concluded.
