The kitchen and bathroom are two of the most important rooms in any home and if you ask a property owner they will always tell you that they can change both of them multiple times. The bathroom is a very busy room in the house and people keep walking in and out of this particular room, especially in the morning and evening. There may even be a queue outside this particular room on the weekends as everyone is preparing to go out and meet their friends. This will give you an idea of how important this space really is and why it needs to be exactly the way you and your family want it to be.
A common complaint everyone makes about the bathroom is that it is too small and needs some kind of bathroom renovation to make more space. Before you start complaining about what the Total cost of bathroom renovation there are a number of things you can do that are very inexpensive and potentially create a bathroom that you will enjoy spending time in. Some of these suggestions are listed below.
Remove the bathtub
You could probably count on one hand the number of times you use the bathtub in a given year and so it takes up so much space and doesn't justify its existence. Think of all of the extra space you would have if you removed it entirely and you could install a freestanding shower right next to the wall and this would leave plenty of room for additions like bathroom furniture and a much larger sink.
Tiles & lighting
These two things are very affordable and both have the ability to completely transform your bathroom and the way it looks. With the bathtub gone you want to create a much brighter space, and you can do so by choosing light colors for your tiles and maybe adding some spotlights for extra lighting too. With the right lighting in every bathroom, the mood can be completely transformed into relaxation and comfort.
These are just two small changes you can make, and there are many more. You don't have to break the bank just to get the bathroom of your dreams and all it takes is a little bit of imagination to get what you want.
