Harry’s Ice Cream Co has partnered with the legendary Bundaberg Rum to create the ultimate frozen summer dessert – Bundaberg Rum Ice Cream – a premium ice cream with the flavor of Australia’s most popular rum.
Two delicious rum-enriched flavors have been released:
Rum & Raisin – Complex and soft rum taste with plump raisins.
Pineapple Coconut Rum – Ice cream with rum and coconut flavor and tropical pineapple ripple.
Diageo and Harry had the opportunity to bring together the legendary Queensland Rum and the premium ice cream brands to create a new product for adults who want to be pampered.
Lawrence Harris, the owner of Harry & Larry, said: “Consumers are always looking for new products. Given the popularity of Bundaberg Rum, we knew this would be the perfect frozen dessert for summer. Bundaberg Rum has successfully expanded its brand to other products and we know that consumers will enjoy these new Australian flavored rum flavors. "

The new range will be available throughout the summer in the IGA Queensland Stores – the heartland of Bundaberg Rum.
