Bega debuts new search for Dairylea

Bega has introduced a new look for its Dairylea-branded cheese slices and sticks.

All Dairylea products will transition to Bega-branded packaging, said to signify a “new era” for the range. Bega also says it’s an opportunity to continue producing more of the “same delicious slices that you’ll love”.

Research commissioned by Bega reveals that one fifth of surveyed Australian consumers use slices almost daily, with low price and ability to easily melt identified as key factors driving shoppers to purchase slices more frequently. As cost-of-living pressures weigh heavy on Australians, Bega says its newly branded Bega range offers a “valuable and versatile” option for shoppers to pick up during their weekly shop.

“The Bega brand has developed its reputation as a trusted Australian icon and we are thrilled to bring more Australian made and owned products to our loyal customers with our original slices”, says Bega Group Brand Manager of Culinary Anna Martin.

“Our same great tasting slices continue to be an everyday essential item, just with a new look. Suitable and affordable for Australian families, we are excited to see our new packaging on supermarket shelves, helping shoppers to stretch their household budget a little further without compromising on taste and quality.”

The new Bega packaging is now available in Coles and independent grocers.
