Michelin-star chef Curtis Stone is collaborating with Cadbury Australia again to release a special-edition chocolate block Cadbury Dairy Milk Vanilla Key Lime Pie available from the end of May.
Inspired by Stone’s Key Lime Pie made famous at his popular L.A. restaurant Gwen, Mr Stone’s latest collaboration comes as an ode to his time in the United States. Featuring a smooth vanilla and lime flavoured creme with choc biscuit piece, covered in Cadbury Dairy Milk milk chocolate.
When asked about the inspiration behind his recipe, Mr Stone said: “I was introduced to Key Limes in the United States. I love their sweet and tangy taste.
“My customers agree because it became one of their favourites when I started making and selling my Key Lime Pie recipe at my bakery, The Pie Room by Gwen in LA and it quickly became a customer favourite in L.A.”
Mondelēz International Vice President Marketing ANZ Ben Wicks says: “Following the success of past collaborations with Curtis, we are excited to introduce our new special edition Cadbury Dairy Milk Vanilla Key Lime Pie block, for a refreshing chocolate twist to the Cadbury range. Inspired by Curtis’ personal connection to the iconic dessert, the new block will offer a zesty Cadbury chocolate touch to Australian palates!”
Coles General Manager Grocery Leanne White says: “We’re delighted to welcome back a Curtis Stone collaboration with Cadbury, and we know Aussies will be excited by his unique Cadbury Dairy Milk Vanilla Key Lime Pie recipe. We are consistently impressed with Curtis’ dedication to creating delicious flavour experiences and are thrilled to provide our customers with a taste of a Michelin-star chef creation with that you can’t get anywhere else.”
The Cadbury Dairy Milk Curtis Stone’s Vanilla Key Lime Pie block (RRP $6) will be available from 29 May 2024 exclusively at Coles.
