PepsiCo has announced that Kyle Faulconer, the current CEO of Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), will be taking on a broader remit to include responsibility for IndoChina Foods.

Mr Faulconer moved from the US business to join PepsiCo ANZ as CEO in November 2021 and since then has led the business on a path to accelerated growth.
PepsiCo Chief Commercial Officer and CEO APAC Wern-Yuen Tan says Mr Faulconer’s leadership over the past two years has driven the business to new heights.
“Kyle has identified new growth platforms that have enabled portfolio and channel expansion, as well as stronger capabilities including marketing transformation and demand acceleration. With a people-first approach, Kyle has also personally invested a significant amount of time into talent development, empowering teams and facilitating growth opportunities,” Mr Tan said.
PepsiCo has also made two new General Manager appointments to support Mr Faulconer’s promotion.
PepsiCo Australia General Manager, AU Foods Alexia Horley.
Current Chief Commercial Officer for PepsiCo Australia Alexia Horley has been appointed General Manager, AU Foods. In her role, Ms Horley will have end-to-end responsibility for the Australian foods business.
Ms Horley has an 18-year tenure at PepsiCo and has held multiple leadership positions within the business locally and in Asia. In her most recent role, she has led the commercial agenda delivering strong category growth and channel expansion, together with leading the transformation of our commercial capabilities including the digital and data agenda and accelerating e-commerce. Ms Horley has also been instrumental in driving ‘better for you’ product innovation and partnering with customers in this space to deliver more choice to Australian consumers.
Current Chief Financial Officer for PepsiCo ANZ Stephan Anderson has been given the additional title of General Manager, ANZ Beverages. Mr Anderson will lead the finance functions across ANZ Foods and Beverages and will also be responsible for the entire ANZ Beverage business.

Since joining the business in mid-2022, Mr Anderson has transformed the finance function by introducing innovative digital solutions and elevating the business partnering capabilities of his team. He has also played a pivotal leadership role within the beverage business by enhancing relationships with bottling partners and ensuring the successful launch of bubly last year, the first new brand PepsiCo has launched, since operating in Australia.
“Alexia and Stephan are valuable members of the leadership team and I’m thrilled they are stepping in to these new roles. I have no doubt they will be strong leaders for our food and beverage businesses and I look forward to working with them to continue to successfully drive PepsiCo forward and set us up for future success,” Mr Faulconer said.
