The Chilli Factory has released two new chilli oils, The Chilli Factory Red Belly Venom and The Chilli Factory Daintree Drizzle.
Red Belly Venom is infused with one of the world’s hottest chillies, the Carolina Reaper, and is promoted as being “perfect” for adding spice to noodles, pastas, or dumplings.
Daintree Drizzle is a milder option infused with a combination of mild chillies to add a “slight chilli kick and lots of fruity flavour”. It’s promoted as a “brilliant addition” to salads and rice paper rolls.
The chilli oils, as with all The Chilli Factory products, are made in Australia, using Australian-grown produce.
“We have a wide range of chilli products suitable for all tastes, from the tame to the totally wild,” says The Chilli Factory Managing Director Daniel Morgan.
“At The Chilli Factory we want to inspire Australians to be adventurous and put a spicy twist on their everyday favourites. Our new chilli oils can be used as a condiment to add spiciness and flavour to dishes, as well as be used for cooking as a base for stir-fries, marinades, and sauces.”
