How one:
- Shoes smell due to bacteria that the breeds breed in the hot, warm environment of your shoes.
- Try any of these things to remove the odor.
- Hydrogen Peroxide – This is a disinfectant that is far less harmful than a chemical like bleach, which can be found in any grocery store.
- Put it in a spray bottle and spray the inside of your shoes and let it dry
- You can also use a cotton ball, sponge, or toothbrush and rub hydrogen peroxide all over the inside of your shoe, focusing on breaking open anything you can see that is of course not part of the shoe. If you get a little overzealous, dry off the extra fluid with a rag.
- Tea Tree Oil The tea tree essential oil also works well. It's great for fungal infections and for removing athlete's foot.
- Sprayed into your shoes, it kills the bacteria that are causing the odor. Lightly spray on and let dry before wearing the shoes.
