Mars Wrigley Australia announced the appointment of Duncan Webster as Chief Financial Officer.
With over two decades of corporate finance and strategic planning experience, Mr. Webster will lead the financial management of the treats and snacks business from Melbourne headquarters.
Mr. Webster has held various managerial positions with the company since 2003, including in the chocolate and pet care segments on a global and market level. Most recently, he spent three years in Chicago as Finance Director of Mars Wrigley's Global Chocolate Business Unit, where he played a leading role in developing value creation plans for Mars Wrigley's iconic brands, including M & Ms, Snickers and Malteser.
Mr. Webster previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Mars Chocolate Australia and has delivered "strong performance and record growth" during that time.
During his tenure with Mars, Mr. Webster is believed to have been instrumental in helping the Mars Wrigley business continue to perform well in Australia and worldwide. Passionate about nurturing talent and developing the role of the finance function within the company, Mr. Webster has played a leadership role in building Mars University Finance College in Australia and New Zealand, an internal professional development program that Mars Finance Associates provides Available.

Mr. Webster adds that it has been a privilege to have worked closely with the Chief Growth Officer and Chief Customer Officer of the Global Chocolate Business Unit over the past three years.
