Shiny's winners introduced, corporations thanked COVID for efforts

The new award, The Shinys, was created to recognize companies that really help their customers.

Australians have flooded CHOICE with stories of generosity as the consumer attorney recognizes Australian companies for acts of COVID friendliness.

"The Shinys are about thanking people who, despite their own unique challenges during COVID-19, used their businesses to help the community," said CHOICE editor-in-chief Marg Rafferty.

"With over 700 nominations from suburbs from Perth to Bruny Island, the Shinys winners have done everything they can to help their communities through COVID."
