The Textile Care Allied Trades Association (TCATA) celebrates its 100th anniversary at this year's Educational & Management Conference, which takes place from April 29 to May 2 at the Hilton Head Island Resort in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
Under the motto "Way into the future", this year's conference offers an extensive business program. Canessa and Trevor Hericks, Co-Chair of Fabriclean Supply's TCATA Business Committee, announced that the keynote speaker this year is John R. DiJulius, III. John is considered the authority for first-class customer service and is the author of three books on customer experience. He is president of the DiJulius Group, a customer service consulting firm that works with companies such as Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Ritz-Carlton, Nestle, PwC, Lexus and many others. John is also the founder and owner of John Roberts Spa, one of the 20 best salons in America.
TCATA's young executives, young managers from the laundry and cleaning industry, will once again have the opportunity to network. Jenna Johnson of Chicago Dryer is the chair of the Young Executives Committee.
Gene Laundry of American Laundry Products, Golf Chair, invites all members to take part in this year's golf tournament on Thursday, April 30th. Stephanie Magnus from M & B Hangers will also host the event for spouses and guests on Thursday April 30th.
