Coles' opening at Frasers Property, Ed.Square Town Center opened on September 9, opening 120 new workplaces.
Felicity Armstrong, General Manager Retail Assets at Frasers Property Australia, talks about the great location and how the new supermarket will be at the center of convenience, dining and entertainment.

The layout of the new supermarket is designed for increasing customer demand. According to Coles research, every third customer doesn't have the time to cook from scratch and 52% aren't interested in cooking more at home.

The store offers more than 100 new ready meals, salads and snacks from Coles' new Coles Kitchen convenience range.

In addition, the new store will see a scoop and weigh station for pet food for the first time in Sydney's southwest.
Timothy Daley, Coles Edmondson Park Store Manager, said, “Our brand new store has over 900 covered parking spaces and hundreds of convenient options to choose from. It's the perfect place to pick up your dinner after your commute.
"… I look forward to seeing what we can achieve in the next 12 months and in the years to come."
Additional business features include an in-store bakery and the full range of Laurent Artisan Breads, a gourmet deli with a wide variety of local and international cheeses and a selection of fresh, high quality seafood.
Coles will be joined by a number of cafes and restaurants in 2021, showcasing a variety of cuisines, health and wellbeing retailers, convenience services, a childcare facility, a medical center and much more.
