“However, DLAI uses every opportunity to involve its members by holding regular training courses with many national and international industry experts and speakers from equipment and chemical companies.

“DLAI has from time to time issued guidelines for its members on how to deal with customer clothing from start to finish during this time. They were also able to view the guidelines in their stores to drive both highest customer satisfaction and repeat business.
"DLAI also ran ads in widespread newspapers in some cities stating that laundry and dry cleaning are safe to build customer confidence."
DLAI is India's first national association committed to uniting the fraternity of washers and cleaners under one roof. It was founded in February 2019 and has around 1000 members.
