The one-day Texcare Forum India – LaundrexNet conference organized by Messe Frankfurt India and Virtual Info Systems will take place on February 15 at the Bombay Convention and Exhibition Center in Mumbai. The conference takes place simultaneously with the Laundrex India Expo 2020 and deals with the digitization of the washing and cleaning business, the introduction of new and innovative technologies, the enhancement of the customer experience and future industry trends with meaningful panel discussions.
Industry experts from Germany, Great Britain, Singapore and India, including Elgar Straub, Managing Director of VDMA Textile Care, Fabric and Leather Technologies, Germany; Andrew Glassford, director, NewGen Business Services; Keith Tan Chee Meng, regional sales manager at Jensen; TM Nagarajan, Vice President Wipro Water; Sagar Sodha, Zone Head West at Jyothy Fabricare Services; and Venkata Chary, Vice President Business Development at World Water Works India, are among other top speakers who will address the washing and cleaning industry.
The one-day conference is expected to have a remarkable presence of over 150 participants and will mainly focus on textile care for the implementation of Industry 4.0 and the associated challenges.
The fourth industrial revolution will improve the responsiveness of systems in the laundry supply chain and enable companies to reach end customers directly and adapt their business models accordingly. This offers the possibility of tailor-made adaptation and increased interaction.
In a meeting with industry experts on the subject of "escalating profits and services in the laundry business", best practices for increasing profits in the area of textile cleaning and laundry are discussed.
