In A Biskit’s Crispy Potato flavour returns

Mondelēz International is bringing back In A Biskit’s Crispy Potato flavour due to popular demand after last appearing in stores back in 2015.

Crispy Potato is the latest flavour to return to shelves as part of the Ritz In A Biskit brand family, following the successful relaunch of In A Biskit in 2021 which saw fan-favourites Chicken and Drumstix flavours make a comeback.

The refreshed range features modernised packaging, designed to appeal to both long-time fans and a new generation of snackers.

Made with “real” potato flakes, In A Biskit Crispy Potato delivers a “thin, lightly baked texture with delicate crispness and savoury flavour, perfect for sharing at games nights, picnics, beach days and gatherings”.

“Almost 70% of (surveyed) Aussies enjoy products that remind them of the past, as nostalgia acts as a trust-builder (Mintel, ‘Global Consumer Databook: The Holistic Consumer’, September 2025),” says Andra Dempster, Senior Director – Marketing, Biscuits at Mondelēz Australia.

“In A Biskit Crispy Potato holds a special place in so many Australians’ memories – it’s the snack that fuelled afternoons spent mastering Rubik’s Cubes and rewinding VHS tapes. It’s a direct line back to the 90s, the era of dial-up internet and checking the TV guide for when you’ll catch your favourite program.

“Since it left shelves in 2015, we’ve heard from countless fans asking us to bring it back. Following the incredible response to our 2021 In A Biskit relaunch, we knew the time was right to bring Crispy Potato back.”

Ritz In A Biskit Crispy Potato (RRP $4) will be available at Woolworths, Coles and IGA stores nationwide.
