Strikeforce acquires Retail Safari

Strikeforce AMC Pty Ltd has completed the acquisition of Retail Safari from CPM Pty Ltd.

Retail Safari is a solid field activation business with longstanding clients. It has become a niche provider of retail and consumer marketing solutions especially in consumer electronics, telecoms and financial services. Key services and solutions include merchandising, assisted selling, mystery shopping and creative.

Retail Safari operates within categories and retail channels which are incremental to Strikeforce. Retail Safari joining the SFAMC group as a distinct division “has no dyssynergies such as client conflict, only positive complimentary services” and an extension into categories and trading channels. Together, both businesses become even stronger.

Nabs Awad, Managing Director of Retail Safari, and whom will remain leading the Retail Safari business, said: “Retail Safari has built its success on strong partnerships, great people and a clear focus on outcomes. Joining Strikeforce AMC allows us to build on that legacy – combining our agility and technology expertise with Strikeforce’s scale and retail experience to create even greater opportunities for our people and our clients.”

Strikeforce Group MD and CEO Matt Lloyd.

Whilst Retail Safari will continue to operate as a distinct entity in providing solutions for its client partners, as it has for many years, we welcome those client partners and the talent within the Retail Safari team to the Strikeforce family.

“This is another exciting chapter in our strategic, scale and ultimately, value growth plans for the Company and all its stakeholders,” said Strikeforce Group MD and CEO Matt Lloyd. “Strikeforce continues to broaden and deepen its value proposition for existing and potential client partners.”

Strikeforce was advised by Henslow, Mills Oakley and BDO.
