With summer just around the corner, Bulla has launched five new ice cream products.
Murray St Ice Creamery has introduced two new “indulgent” flavours crafted with “fresh” Australian milk and cream, designed to “elevate every summer dessert occasion”.
As pistachio rises in popularity across Australia, Bulla says its Murray St range “answers the call” with a “creamy” Pistachio Raspberry Ripple. Made with “finely” roasted pistachios and a “bold” raspberry swirl, the new product is described as a “refined take on a crowd-favourite flavour”. This is now available exclusively at Woolworths in a 1lt tub (RRP $12).
Murray St has also unveiled the Salted Caramel with Speculoos Biscuits flavoured tub, a salted caramel flavoured premium ice cream with chunky Speculoos biscuits (a crispy caramalised biscuit with spices including cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg), folded throughout. The flavour is now available at Woolworths and independents in a 1lt (RRP $12).

Splits, promoted as the “cult Aussie classic”, is now available in a sorbet tub format. Made with 50% sorbet, 50% Bulla Real Dairy Vanilla and “real” fruit juice, the new product is said to be the “perfect treat for the whole family this summer”.
The new Splits range (1lt tub, RRP $10) comes in the flavours of Mango Sorbet & Bulla Real Dairy Vanilla (exclusive to Woolworths), Raspberry Sorbet & Bulla Real Dairy Vanilla (Woolworths and independents), and Lemon-Lime Sorbet & Bulla Real Dairy Vanilla (Woolworths and independents).
“At Bulla, we’re proud to keep innovating while staying true to our family dairy heritage,” says Bulla Head of Marketing Chris Martin.
“Our latest ice cream creations are more than just new flavours – they’re crafted moments of indulgence designed to bring a little joy to Aussie households.”
The fun doesn’t end here, assures Bulla, with more “exciting” products set to launch throughout summer.
