Food South Australia has announced its 2025–26 Board following a well-attended Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at The Lion Hotel, North Adelaide, on 30 October.
The AGM saw strong member participation and the election of two new Board members – Lewis Mitani, Chief Sales Officer at Mitani Group, and Ed Verco, Managing Director of Oleapak, who had filled a casual vacancy in 2024–25. Long-serving members Joyce Ceravolo of Ashton Valley Fresh and Kris Lloyd AM of Woodside Cheese Wrights were re-elected for another term, providing continuity of leadership within the organisation.

- Victoria McClurg, Managing Director, Barossa Valley Cheese Company

- Brandon Reynolds, Chief Operating Officer, The Yoghurt Shop
- Kane Robson, Partner, Norman Waterhouse
- Simon Sparrow, International Sales Manager, Bickford’s Group
- Ed Verco, Managing Director, Oleapak

Food South Australia thanked all candidates who stood for election and acknowledged the contributions of outgoing Board members, Tammy Barker and George Ujvary, for their valued service. Office bearers will be elected at the next Board meeting.
