Food South Australia Board Chair Stephan Knoll.
Food South Australia has announced the appointment of Stephan Knoll as Chair of its Board, following the decision by long-serving Chair Ray Borda to step down after more than a decade of valued and dedicated leadership.
Mr Borda has played a pivotal role in strengthening Food SA’s position as the peak industry body for South Australia’s food and beverage sector. He will continue to contribute as an active and valued member of the Board.
Mr Knoll is the Executive Chair of Barossa Fine Foods and Angelakis Brothers, and a former South Australian Minister. His combined experience in business and government positions him well to lead Food SA into its next chapter.
The Food SA Board is comprised of experienced professionals from across the industry, elected by members to represent businesses of all sizes. The Board ensures the organisation remains focused on industry priorities and advocates to government.
