‘MasterChef’ contestant Brendan Pang has introduced a new range of his restaurant’s best-selling dumplings to selected Woolworths supermarkets.
Inspired by his Chinese-Mauritian heritage and love of sharing food through his restaurant, recipe book and even his own Instagram account, Mr Pang has released his own range of Brendan Pang dumplings via Woolworths, bringing his passion for dumplings to the masses.
Mr Pang says: “I love cooking and sharing my knowledge in the kitchen, but what I love most is sharing my food with others to enjoy. I’ve always had questions from people across Australia asking when and how they can try my dumplings, and I’m thrilled to now say this is the answer.”
“I’m most proud about the quality of the produce and the attention to detail that goes into crafting these dumplings. Each dumpling is especially shaped to hold more sauce and is made using the freshest local ingredients. I have personally worked on perfecting these recipes and am excited to finally be able to share them with Australia,” he said.
The Brendan Pang range includes Pork & Ginger Dumplings, Chicken & Prawn Dumplings, and Classic Juicy Pork Xiao Long Bao.
Brendan Pang dumplings (280g) retails for $9.50 and are available at selected Woolworths stores across WA, Victoria and NSW.
