About this tip:

An ingredient cleaner and deodorant for your slow cooker

One ingredient cleans and deodorises your slow cooker or crock pot in your kitchen.

How one:

1. Even when washing after use, slow cookers can leave residues and odors. This will take care of both issues.
2. Fill your slow cooker insert with warm water. It doesn't matter if it's porcelain or ceramic.
3. Fill in 3 or 4 denture cleaning tablets
4. The effervescence of the tablet causes discoloration and residue as well as the removal of persistent odors
5. Let this sit for a couple of you or overnight
6. Pour, wash and rinse and off you go.

Why it works:

Denture tablets are used to remove stains and odors from porcelain dentures. They work the same way on the slow cooker.
