Quick way to remove stains like tomato sauce from wooden spoons
How one:
- Sprinkle the spoon with baking powder
- Cut a lemon in half or quarters and rub it over the baking soda and spoon.
- Once the stains are gone, wash and rinse the spoon
- Let the Spon dry well and then put some olive oil, coconut oil or similar on a paper towel and rub it into the wood.
- Let it sit for an hour or more, then buff it with a clean paper towel
- This will prevent the wood from drying out and cracking and repelling stains.

QUEEN TIP: Place a wooden spoon over a saucepan of boiling pasta and it will never boil over.
Why it works:
The baking soda will absorb the stains as the light abrasion of the baking soda will help remove them. The lemon bleaches, disinfects, and helps remove odors.
