The hungry wolf pounces on the competitor

Commercial laundry equipment specialist Wolf Laundry has completed the acquisition of one of its key competitors as it embarks on its next ambitious phase of growth. The Yorkshire-based company has bought Cornwall-based Brewer & Bunney for an undisclosed seven-figure sum.

The company says the deal will ensure Wolf Laundry can exceed the ever-increasing demand for its equipment and services across the South West of England while building on the success of Brewer & Bunney.

Wolf Laundry financed the acquisition together with its Swiss investment partner Schulthess Machines AG.

Wolf Laundry specializes in the delivery and maintenance of commercial laundry machines. The takeover of Brewer & Bunney increased the workforce by more than 50% from 45 to 70.

Commercial laundry supplier Brewer & Bunney was founded more than 40 years ago and now operates in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.

Headquartered in Redruth, Cornwall, the company has a team of highly skilled field technicians across the South West.
