Glen 20 is determined to use its platform to encourage others to support Meals on Wheels Australia.
The team is launching a new national TV campaign as part of its continued partnership with the nonprofit.
The first campaign was launched during the April lockdown, shedding light on Meals on Wheels' critical services and soliciting donations.
"2020 was a year of uncertainty," says Saurabh Jain, Marketing Director at RB Hygiene ANZ.
"This is especially true for vulnerable and elderly Australians, many of whom are seriously affected and unsettled by the challenges of the pandemic."
Jain said Glen 20 kept its promise to protect Aussies during the Covid-19 pandemic.
"This is also the case with Meals on Wheels, which, despite so many obstacles with its urgently needed grocery deliveries and check-ins for wellbeing, has been preserved to give its customers the security they need."
Sharyn Broer, President of Meals on Wheels Australia, said: “For many of our customers, our food deliveries and check-ins were the highlight of their week during the Covid-19 pandemic.
"During this unusual and challenging year, our service has been vital in ensuring that these vulnerable Australians are not only fed but also connected to society."
As part of their partnership, Glen 20 Surface Spray Desinfectant has been distributed to Meals on Wheels in various parts of Australia since April this year.
Ms. Broer says: “Similar to Glen 20, we have a passion for protecting the wellbeing of Australians. We are therefore delighted to continue our partnership with Glen 20, which is aptly captured in this sensitizing TV commercial.
“The Glen 20 product donation has been incredibly appreciated by our customers and volunteers as they are doing their best to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 virus on their daily lives.
"It helped us a lot."
