Coca-Cola celebrates Australia's legendary trip locations

Coca-Cola puts regional Australia in the spotlight during the summer vacation.

The new campaign covers places like Bunbury, Coffs Harbor, Port Macquarie and Bateman & # 39; s Bay.

The images along with the new campaign have a local theme for each area, such as surfing in Port Macquarie, Bateman & # 39; s Bay and Newcastle, fishing in Coffs Harbor, snorkeling in Bunbury and the lighthouse in Byron Bay.

"After the year we've had, many Aussies can't wait to take a break and plan to spend their vacation here at home," said Pamela Wyatt, Coca-Cola's brand director.

“This campaign celebrates what makes some of our local vacation hotspots so unique and special.

"We hope this campaign will inspire Australians to refresh themselves with an ice cold Coke while they enjoy a well-deserved break this summer."

Point of sale images have been created to celebrate local issues relevant to the different vacation destinations.

The POS assets have an “Update Here” call which includes snorkeling and surfing in coastal towns, windmills and kangaroos in regional areas, and historic buildings in historic cities.

The campaign will run live on buses and large-format billboards as well as at the POS in regional markets during the midsummer holidays until February 2021.
