As Frucor Suntory's new Safety and Wellbeing Director, Ms. Van Den Berg's mission is to nurture people's passion for health and safety and wellbeing and enable better work in a healthier and safer work environment.

“I want security to be part of our DNA – a core value we value, where security is inherent in all of our systems and processes, people instinctively to work safely, and encourage others to do the same. A workplace where our employees can really thrive, ”she said.

“Ultimately, safety is about people. It's about accepting things that are going right and finding solutions together so that we can all go home to our families and friends safely and healthy every day, healthy in body and mind. "
