Eating more fresh fruits and vegetables is high on the priority list for most Aussies, according to an Ipsos survey conducted in June.
Woolworths Everyday Rewards and Bupa are helping Aussies meet their fresh food goals by teaming up.
The partnership gives Bupa health insurance members access to exclusive bonus point offers when they link their Woolworths Everyday Rewards account to Bupa.
Bupa customers can earn three points for every dollar spent on fresh fruits and vegetables and on Macro Wholefoods Market products for the first 60 days after their account is linked.
"By giving members the opportunity to earn more points, they can save more quickly on future business," said Emily Amos, general manager of health insurance at Bupa.
"This initiative will reward our members for making healthy choices and provide them with value from their health insurance."
Eligible customers also take part in a Woolworths First, with 20x bonus points for cleaning products. Further advantages of the partnership in the course of this year are 10 times the bonus points for the entire shop and special offers for the entire Woolworths group.
Hannah Ross, Director of Everyday Rewards at Woolworths, said, “That focus on wellbeing has only accelerated in the pandemic. Our customers have told us that they will be eating more fresh fruits and vegetables in the next 12 months.
"We are excited to be working with Bupa to support that positive intent with additional rewards on purchase that can help encourage new habits."
