HOW TO CLEAN WHITE SHOES
Clean your kicks with something you use every day.
How one:
- Moisten an old toothbrush and apply white toothpaste without gel.
- Wet the shoe and scrub it with toothpaste and brush to work off the dirty spots.
- This will start the stain removal process.
- Prepare the shoes for the washing machine.
- Place them in a zippered laundry bag with your regular detergent and half a cup of Twenty Mule Team Borax. Carry out the short cycle with warm water.
- When you're done, reshape the shoes and dry them in sunlight. After drying, apply an anti-soiling agent such as Scotchgard for Fabric or a leather protector for leather shoes.
