Crown Health Care Laundry Services, the Pensacola, Florida-based, independent full-service laundry and laundry company that has been operating in the southeastern United States for more than 60 years, recently received Hygienically Clean Healthcare certification for its Spartanburg facility , South Carolina.
This location is part of the following Crown facilities that are also Hygienically Clean Healthcare certified: Selma, Alabama, Lakeland and Pensacola in Florida, Quitman, Georgia, Columbia, Mississippi and Bishopville, South Carolina.
In the meantime, Ecobrite Linen, a full-service laundry and linen service for long-term care facilities, has recently received Hygienically Clean Healthcare certification for its plant in Skokie, Illinois.
Hygienically Clean has been the quantified, validated standard and the standard for hygienically clean textiles in North America since 2011. Achieving this certification reflects their commitment to Best Management Practices (BMPs) in washing, which has been confirmed by on-site inspection, and their ability to hygienically produce textiles, such as those obtained through ongoing microbial testing based on established hygienically clean textile methods and – Healthcare standards have been quantified.
