Following a merger between the Hanover Housing Association and the Anchor Trust last year, Anchor Hanover is continuing its long-term relationship with the commercial laundry supplier Miele.
The two organizations have been looking after the over 55s for over 50 years and operate at 1,700 locations across England. The newly merged group manages 54,000 apartments, including nursing homes and old people's homes. We offer a range of care services to around 60,000 customers.
During the merger last year, the established suppliers were reassessed to ensure that the best possible arrangements were made for the larger organization. Both Anchor Trust and the Hanover Housing Association had contracts with Miele's professional department to evaluate the laundry. With a combined relationship of 18 years, Miele washer and dryer will be installed at 700 locations in Anchor Hanover's properties.
After the nursing home staff and staff were impressed by the quality of the laundry and the reliability of the machines, the nursing home managers and staff were of the opinion that Miele equipment was the best product for the job.
