Steve Dabney joined R W Martin as an equipment sales specialist. In this role, he will promote and represent the company's new and used commercial laundry machines, parts and accessories for the textile industry. He will also support R W Martin's company-wide strategic sales and marketing plans as he acquires new accounts and promotes customer communication and loyalty.
Dabney has more than 21 years of experience in industrial sales. He started his career as an independent manufacturer representative at the WEBB Process Equipment Company in Cleveland, where he eventually became president, CEO and co-owner. There he balanced relationships with eight to twelve exclusive manufacturers and contributed to annual sales of more than $ 3 million. He increased the company's business by 30% in one year and 50% in the first six years. He looks forward to using this experience in industrial sales in a new industry.
