The Sydney Seafood Faculty provides digital cooking courses

The Sydney Seafood School has started a virtual cooking class for Sydneysiders.

With a step-by-step instruction video and a set of premium ingredients from the Sydney Fish Market, SSS @ Home offers participants the "fun and ease" of cooking classes at the Sydney Seafood School from the comfort of their own home.

"Although we have interrupted the face-to-face class for the time being, we look forward to continuing to inspire Sydneysider to get creative in the kitchen as they spend more time at home," said Roberta Muir, director of the Sydney Seafood School.

“Our team of experts simply guides customers through the following videos in detail through each step of the recipe. We are also lucky enough to have an extensive archive of recipes from Australian favorites like Alessandro Pavoni, Paul Carmichael, Andy Evans and Dan Hong that will appear from time to time. "

“Our SSS @ Home pilot program has been running for a few weeks and has been very well received.

“People ordered several kits for friends and families and hosted virtual dinner parties, while others sent kits in isolation to the family or surprised their special people with a seafood appointment. It was heartwarming to see, which is why we are pleased to be able to offer the opportunity more broadly.

"We have worked very hard to reflect the unique experience of stepping into our kitchen as much as possible. This means that no detail has been rounded off from our wealth of seafood tips and tricks to the inclusion of a sweet treat to that end Round off food. "

How to order
